How to Get an Apostille in Florida

To obtain a Florida apostille, you must submit a cover letter requesting the apostille to the Department of State. The cover letter must include the name of the country that is requesting the apostille.

You must include a check or money order with the appropriate fee. The Department of State charges $10 per notarized document for an apostille certification.
